| Terms & Conditions • No persons under the age of 18 are allowed on location unless stated. I.D.s may be checked before entry. • Several locations do not have disabled access. Here at Phantom Nights we value all of our customers and aim to make as many of our events as accessible as possible. But due to building restrictions on some locations it may not be possible to provide disabled access. Unfortunately in may instances, due to Phantom Nights not owning locations it is out of our hands. • You must respect all locations, our staff, and other customers. If you are violent or verbally abusive in any way towards our staff or customers, or disrespect the location in any way you will be asked to leave and may be barred from attending any further events. Further legal action may be taken • No alcohol, drugs or anything considered to be a weapon are to be brought onto events, if you are suspected of possessing any of these you will be asked to leave and the local authorities shall be informed. Further legal action may be taken. • Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. In some instances smoking may not be permitted according to the location in question. No candles or matches are to be brought onto location. • Unless stated there are no sleeping areas on location, we can suggest local hotels/b&b’s within the area. • Phantom Nights shall not be held responsible for any personal loss or damages this includes travelling to/from an event and any damages caused by either spiritual or poltergeist activity. • Phantom Nights Limited will provide a safety walk prior to each event taking place, the obvious hazards will be pointed out, and it will become your responsibility to take steps to avoid them. Ignoring or going against safety advice may result in injury or death! Any person who does so may be asked to leave. Phantom Nights Limited will not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, deaths or damages to equipment or vehicles. You enter our locations and events at your own risk. • Phantom Nights accepts no responsibility for any clothing/equipment/damages to vehicles/ parking fines and clamping of vehicles. All of your personal belongings and effects are your own responsibility. • The deposit paid is non refundable, however in rare circumstances some events maybe cancelled by us due to events that are out of our control. In this case full refunds are given, including the deposit. • Phantom Nights host all of our events at haunted locations, unfortunately there is no on/off switch for paranormal activity to take place and cannot guarantee any paranormal activity • TIREDNESS CAN KILL. We advise you to make arrangements to stay at a hotel after events. If you are driving home please drive safely and responsibly. • Phantom Nights recommends that you have your own insurance in place before attending any Event. In the unlikely event of an accident. • During our events you may be given the opportunity to use some of our specialized investigation equipment. We ask that you do so with extreme care, as misuse / abuse of such will render you liable for any loss or damage incurred. If you cannot agree to these terms then please do not use our equipment. • Phantom Nights do not ‘create or fake paranormal activity. Anything unusual that happens is real, and can be quite frightening. To this, anyone of a nervous disposition, weak heart or who may be pregnant are warned to take this into consideration before attending an event. Phantom Nights will not be held responsible for any distress, harm or injury caused as a result of any unexplained activity / fright. Please also take into account that due to the inconsistent nature of paranormal activity we are unable to ever guarantee that paranormal activity will take place, it’s out of our hands. Refunds will not be given should no paranormal activity be witnessed or take place. • Ticket price does not include accommodation, unless stated otherwise. •Failure to keep to our terms and conditions may result in you being ejected from an event and barred from future events. In these instances, no refunds will be given. Deposit Terms • All deposits are non refundable under any circumstances including cancellations Booking Policy • On booking your event a non refundable deposit (ammount to be specified on event page) must be made available for instant payment to secure your place. • Full ticket payment must be made five weeks before the event, unless stated otherwise. • Cheques must be received six weeks before the event, but your place will not be secured until the cheque is cashed. In the event of a cheque ‘bouncing’. you will be contacted for an alternative payment. If this is not made five weeks before the event, your place will be lost, as will your deposit. • The deposit is non refundable, regardless of when a cancellation is made by you • If you decide to cancel no refund shall be given. • If we cancel the event and cannot be rescheduled we shall refund you whatever has been paid. We also will provide you with as much notice that is possible. • If we cancel due to weather conditions we shall provide you with as much notice as possible, and shall reschedule the event. Unfortunately refunds cannot be given should you be unable to attend rescheduled events. We will make every effort to ensure notice is given and where possible events take place, however in dangerous conditions we must put the health and safety of our customers first, particularity if people are driving long distances in hazardous conditions. Despite this, we cannot be held liable in the unfortunate event of one of our guests being involved in any accidents or colisions. The decision on whether or not it is safe enough to travel can only be made by the people attending themselves. Behaviour Policy We want all of our guests to enjoy our events and feel safe. One disruptive guest can ruin the experience for everyone, therefore we ask you to read the following; • We have a strict behaviour policy, if any of our guests behave in a way that has a detrimental impact on our other guests or the event, the guest in question may be asked to leave with no refund being given. •Any behaviour deemed inappropriate will be dealt with swiftly and the person or people involved shall be removed immediately, regardless of any transport difficulties or weather condition. In some cases local authorities maybe informed. All terms and conditions are non negotiable and your booking/attendance on an event demonstrates your acceptance.
